These terms apply to all purchases made directly from Forge Class Software Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including software licenses for the ForgeClass Publisher Converter and any other products we sell.
All software is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a license, you are granted the right to use the software within your organisation, in accordance with the license type selected (e.g. Primary or Secondary School).
Licenses are non-transferable and limited to the purchasing institution. Unauthorised redistribution or resale is prohibited.
For schools and organisations submitting a Purchase Order (PO), payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the license until payment is made.
For payments made via Stripe or card, access is provided immediately upon successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued, unless required by law. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve them promptly.
We provide email-based and phone-based technical support for our products. While we aim to resolve issues quickly, response times may vary during school holidays and peak periods.
Licensed users will receive access to all minor updates and patches. Major upgrades may be subject to additional charges, unless otherwise stated.
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
