About Forge Class

I've taught Computer Science for more than ten years, and for most of that time I've been writing software alongside it. First it was to fix problems in my own classroom, then for colleagues, then for other schools.

GCSEPython was the one that took off. It began as a practice site for my own students, other teachers asked to use it, and it's now SubjectHub, used in more than 100 schools.

Teaching taught me the most useful thing I know about software: nobody has time for something that almost works. A tool has to be quick to learn, do its job every time, and not need me standing behind it. That's the standard for everything we build, whether it's for a school, a charity or a business.

Forge Class is small on purpose. You talk to me, I build it, and I'm still here when you need a change.
