Property search on your own site, with a map

Visitors filter by rent, bedrooms, pets and how far they'll walk to the station. The results and the map move together, and they can save homes to compare side by side.

Try itDrag the rent slider, tick pets allowed, then save two homes to compare them.

The walk is worked out from the straight-line distance to Sheffield station, so the real walk may be a little different.

What you'd pay
Holding deposit£150.00
Tenancy deposit, up to£750.00
First month's rent£650.00
Before you move in£1,400.00

The holding deposit is one week's rent: £650 × 12 ÷ 52. With your agreement it goes towards the total before you move in.

The Tenant Fees Act 2019 caps these in England: a holding deposit at one week's rent, and a tenancy deposit at five weeks' rent when the yearly rent is under £50,000.

Energy rating

What this demo does

  • Filters by rent, bedrooms, pets and walking time to Sheffield station.
  • Shows results on a real street map. Pick a home in the list or on the map.
  • Works out the holding deposit and the tenancy deposit cap for each home.
  • Saves homes to a comparison table.

What a real one adds

  • Listings read from the same feed your CRM already sends to the property portals, so you add a home once.
  • Viewing requests that go straight into your diary.
  • Photos, floor plans and the EPC on each home's page.
  • A record of which homes people look at most.

What it costs

Usually a web or mobile app: £4,000 to £12,000.

Built for your business, with your content, your branding and the parts you need. Every build starts with a free conversation and a fixed quote, and you own the code.

Questions people ask

Can it use the listings we already have in our CRM?
Usually. Most agency software can send listings to the portals in a standard feed. If yours can, your website reads the same feed.
Why have search on our own site when the portals have it?
A search on a portal ends on the portal, next to other agents' homes. A search on your site ends with an enquiry to you, and you can see what people look at.
Is the walking time real?
In this demo it's worked out from the straight-line distance on the map. A real build can use a routing service for actual walking routes.
