Customers choose the size, timber, legs and finish. The drawing redraws to scale and shows how many it seats, whether it fits their room, the price and how long it takes to make.

Dining table, made to order
Seats 8200 × 90 cm oak table, trestle legs, hard-wax oil, square edge. Seats 8: 3 along each side and one at each end, with 60 cm for each person.

There's at least 90 cm all round. That's space to pull a chair out and walk behind someone sitting down.
90 cm or more is fine, 75 to 90 cm is tight, under 75 cm is too tight. The table sits in the middle of the room.

What this demo does
- Draws a side view and a plan to scale as you change the size.
- Works out the seats from the size, and checks the room has space to pull chairs out.
- Prices the table from its parts and shows the breakdown.
- Gives a link to the design, so customers can send it to someone else.

- Photos of your own boards and finishes in place of drawn colours.
- Your real pricing rules, including the ones a formula can't capture, sent to you to confirm.
- A deposit to book a slot in the workshop diary.
