Where it fits.
Coding Mentor was our first go at teaching software. We no longer develop it, and it's kept here as part of how we started. For what we build for schools now, see SubjectHub and EAL Translate.
02/ 03
What we built.
Students work through challenges in a built-in editor. When they're stuck they choose how much help they want: a hint, a look at what's wrong, or a step-by-step walkthrough. The AI is told never to hand over the solution.
03/ 03
What came next.
Deciding what the AI may and may not do, before anyone uses it, is the habit we kept. SubjectHub's Study Help tutor and its marking work the same way.
Built with
C#, WinForms, IronPython, OpenAI API.
