My bookings
Cancel up to 12 hours before a class and it goes back on your pass. Later than that, the class is used up.
Kiln Yoga and Pilates, its teachers and its classes are invented.
What this demo does
- Shows the week with spaces left on every class.
- Books with a class pass and keeps count of what's left.
- Enforces a cancellation window, so late cancellations use up the class.
- Runs a waiting list that offers a freed space to the next person in line.
What a real one adds
- Passes and memberships paid by card through Stripe.
- Texts or emails when a waiting-list space comes up.
- A teacher's view with the register for each class.
- Reports on which classes fill and which don't.
What it costs
Usually a web or mobile app: £4,000 to £12,000.
Built for your business, with your content, your branding and the parts you need. Every build starts with a free conversation and a fixed quote, and you own the code.
Questions people ask
We already pay for a booking app. Why change?
You might not need to. If your app does the job, we can show its timetable properly on your site. If you're paying every month for features you don't use, a system of your own can work out cheaper over a few years.
Can members pay for passes online?
Yes, by card through Stripe, including class packs and monthly memberships.
How does the waiting list decide who gets a space?
In order of joining. The first person is offered the space and has a set time to accept. If they don't, it moves to the next person.
