Prices and rules
- Sunday to Thursday nights £135, Friday and Saturday nights £165.
- Christmas and New Year, any night from 20 December to 1 January: £210, at least 3 nights, arriving on 20, 23, 27 or 30 December.
- February half term, nights of 13 to 20 February: £175.
- At least 2 nights at any other time. You can leave on the day another guest arrives.
- Cleaning £45. Dogs £20 each per stay, up to 2. 10% off the nightly total for 7 nights or more.

Yes, through the calendar links both of them support. Their side only checks every few hours, so there can be a short delay, which we plan around with you.
How are payments taken?
By card through Stripe: a deposit when the guest books and the balance on a date you choose before arrival.

Yes. Prices, minimum stays and changeover days can all be set for any range of dates.
