Brookside Folk Weekend and every act on it are invented.

What this demo does

  • Shows the day as a timeline across three stages.
  • Builds a personal plan and flags clashes and changeovers too short to walk between stages.
  • Adds your plan to your phone's calendar as a file.
  • Shows what's on now and next, with a clock you can move for the demo.
  • Shares a plan as a link, so friends can see it.

What a real one adds

  • An admin page for the line-up. Change a time once and every saved plan updates.
  • A notice for visitors whose saved acts have moved.
  • Pages for each act, with photos and links.
  • A timetable that still opens on site when the signal drops.

What it costs

Usually a website or a single tool: £1,500 to £4,000.

Built for your business, with your content, your branding and the parts you need. Every build starts with a free conversation and a fixed quote, and you own the code.

Questions people ask

Do visitors need an account to save their plan?
No. It's kept on their phone, and a link lets them share it.
What happens when the line-up changes?
You change it once in the admin page. Anyone who saved an act that moved sees a notice the next time they open their plan.
Will it work on site with a poor signal?
It can be built so that once the page has loaded, the timetable keeps working without a connection.
